By accessing or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the service.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (or if a minor, you have parental or guardian consent); (2) all information you provide (name, email address, etc.) is true, accurate, and current; (3) you will not impersonate any third party or misuse another person's account or authentication credentials; (4) your use of the service is lawful in your country or region of residence; (5) you are not on any sanctions list and are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction; (6) you have read and understood every provision of these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. You are fully and solely liable for any and all damages incurred by the operator arising out of or related to any breach of these representations and warranties.

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Modifications become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This service is provided solely for informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice, financial product solicitation, legal advice, or any other form of professional counsel. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, unauthorized access, disruption of service operations, infringement of third-party rights, excessive automated access, or any other activity that the developer deems inappropriate.

Use of the service does not create any relationship of agency, mandate, fiduciary duty, partnership, joint venture, employment, or advisory engagement between you and the operator. The operator owes you no duty of advice, no duty of care, no duty of loyalty, no duty of disclosure, and no fiduciary duty. The service is provided free of charge; no consideration is exchanged between you and the operator, and no warranty obligation arising from any paid commercial contract under any applicable law shall apply.

This service provides sign-in via third-party authentication services such as Google, LINE, and GitHub. Each user shall maintain only one account and must not use another person's account. Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials. The developer reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of abuse. Users may request account deletion at any time, upon which all personal data will be permanently removed.

This service displays information obtained from public data sources including Japan's Financial Services Agency and Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Such data is subject to the terms of use and copyright of the respective providers. The developer does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of such data and make no representation or warranty whatsoever regarding it. You must not rely on information on this service as the sole basis for any decision and must consult original sources directly.

Features labeled as 'beta' (such as Financial Model) are in active development and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice. Beta features are provided strictly on an AS-IS basis with no guarantee of stability, accuracy, or continued availability. The developer accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising from the use of beta features.

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the site structure, design, software, original processed data, aggregated results, display formats, and all other content are owned by the developer or the respective rights holders. Any use beyond personal, non-commercial viewing and reference (including but not limited to reproduction, redistribution, modification, adaptation, public transmission, database creation, commercial reuse, incorporation into paid services, or use as training data for AI/machine learning) is prohibited without the developer's prior express written consent.

Any feedback, suggestion, request, bug report, idea, improvement proposal, or other information regarding the service that you submit to the operator (collectively, "Feedback") is assigned to the operator on a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, and unrestricted basis, together with all rights therein (including copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property rights), without any compensation, royalty, or other consideration to you. For any rights that cannot be assigned, you grant the operator an equivalent exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license, and you irrevocably waive the assertion of any moral rights against the operator or its designees.

The developer may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the service at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to Terms violations, excessive load, security risks, or system maintenance. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from such suspension, restriction, or termination.

The service is provided free of charge. You have not paid, and shall not be required to pay, any consideration to the operator for use of the service. Under no circumstance — including without limitation suspension, interruption, termination, feature change, data loss, account deletion, or access restriction of all or part of the service — shall the operator owe you any refund, compensation, replacement service, damages, solatium, or any other monetary or non-monetary payment obligation.

If any disclaimer or limitation of liability in these Terms is held invalid under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or any other mandatory law in relation to a specific cause (such as the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence), such invalidity shall be limited to the narrowest extent required by that mandatory law in relation to that specific cause only. The remaining disclaimers and limitations (including for ordinary negligence), and all other portions of the affected clause, shall remain in full force and effect. The operator's intent is to exclude liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The developer shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in service caused by events beyond the developer's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, government orders, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or interruption of third-party services.

Any claim arising out of or relating to the use of this service must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims not filed within this period shall be deemed permanently waived.

The failure of the developer to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. All rights and remedies of the developer are fully reserved regardless of any delay or non-exercise.

The developer may assign, transfer, or delegate any or all rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without prior notice to you. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the developer's prior written consent.

Upon termination of these Terms, the provisions regarding disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, data use restrictions, governing law, jurisdiction, limitation period, no waiver, and any provisions that by their nature should survive, shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's principal place of residence as the court of first instance.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer with respect to the use of the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

Minors may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
