We built this site to make Japanese disclosure data easier to find and compare. Corporate filings are spread across multiple official sources, so we organize them into one searchable interface covering companies, funds, filings, and downloadable source files.

Is the data free to use?
Yes. All data displayed on this site comes from Japanese government public data sources (FSA, METI, etc.) and is free to access.
How often is the data updated?
FSA data is checked for updates every 10 minutes. METI data is updated daily. The system retries automatically when collection errors occur.
What types of documents are covered?
Annual securities reports, semiannual reports, large shareholding reports, as well as corporate registry data, patents, subsidies, and more.
What languages are supported?
The interface supports English, Japanese, and Chinese. Original filing documents are primarily in Japanese.
