About This Site
OVERVIEW
A unified search interface for Japanese corporate disclosures.
Japanese corporate filings are scattered across multiple official sources, so we built one searchable interface covering companies, funds, filings, and downloadable source files.
Started as a simple filing search tool, the site has since grown to include company screening, a financial model, DD tooling, statistics dashboards, and a learning center. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
ABOUT THE DATA
Public information, made easier to verify
We organize publicly available information so it is easier to search and compare. Where practical, figures link back to original material, while update context and usage notes are shown only where needed.
PRODUCT
Core Features
Built around one goal — make disclosure data easy to find, understand, and put to use — the site now includes:
Company & Fund Research
Find the company or fund you're looking for from multiple angles.
Financial Model & AI Analysis
About ten years of a company's filings merged into one comparable model — switch accounting standards and consolidation scope, view trend charts, ratios, and AI commentary, and export to Excel.
Due Diligence Toolkit
A library of DD Q&A templates plus a matching Information Request List (IRL), both launchable directly from a Financial Model cell.
Filing Trends & Data Dashboards
Track filing activity for companies, funds, and documents through calendars and dashboards.
Concept Dictionary & Taxonomy Mapping
Search standardized XBRL concepts with multilingual labels, and see how FSA taxonomy concepts map to financial statement lines.
Learning Center
63 articles across 10 topics: accounting basics, disclosures, analytical methods, applied analysis, markets and industries, M&A, accounting standards, corporate tax, managerial accounting, and audit.
Developer Access (MCP)
Connect AI assistants to query company, fund, and XBRL data in natural language.
ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
A personal project, still evolving
莫求全
My goal is to make public information easier to find, compare, and use in real decisions. I fix issues as I find them and test new ideas in small steps, steadily improving both the experience and the quality of the data.
A few things I’m interested in
Photography
Most weekends, I’m out walking with a camera, looking for the ordinary moments worth remembering. Waiting for the light to change is part of the pleasure.
Travel
I prefer to leave room in an itinerary and move at the pace of wherever I am. When I can, I use a camera to record the landscapes and everyday life along the way.
Watching wildlife
Most of the time, nothing happens. That quiet accumulation of waiting is what makes it rewarding.
Gardening
I keep a few plants at home. Tending them and watching them grow little by little is a quiet kind of satisfaction.
Making small tools
When something gets in my way, I’ll often make a small tool to solve it. This site started the same way.
Trying new flavors
Most weeks, I try a snack or dish I’ve never had before. Whether it’s a hit or a miss, I enjoy the curiosity of discovering unfamiliar flavors.
INVITE-ONLY PREVIEW
Request access to the Financial Model, DD tools, and Learning Center
Search, financial metrics, and PDF/CSV downloads are free with no sign-in. The full Financial Model, DD Q&A library, and Learning Center are invite-only and opening up gradually — reach out if you'd like access.
WHO IT'S FOR
Who It's For
Individual Investors
Quickly look up annual reports, large shareholding changes, and other public filings of Japanese listed companies.
Financial Analysts & Researchers
Compare disclosure documents across companies and track filing activity for specific industries.
PE & M&A Professionals
Launch DD Q&A templates and the Information Request List (IRL) directly from a Financial Model cell to work through a target or comparable set. Governance/ESG disclosures — executive pay, cross-shareholdings, sustainability targets — are already sorted into E/S/G categories.
Audit Firms & Accountants
Right-click any cell to jump straight to the source PDF page — faster sourcing checks and a cleaner audit trail. Non-audit fee ratios and other auditor-independence disclosures are just as easy to pull up.
Accountants & Compliance Professionals
Search for securities reports, semiannual reports, and other regulatory filings.
Students & Academics
Access publicly available Japanese corporate financial data for coursework and research papers.
